FAQ
Answers to common questions about creating and ordering your custom Jewish calendar.
Where do the zmanim and Shabbat times come from?
Can I choose the Jewish dates and holidays that appear?
Yes. Your calendar combines Hebrew dates, Jewish holidays, and your personal events. You can choose the calendar start month, review the displayed months, and add birthdays, anniversaries, yahrzeits, and other important dates.
Where are the calendars printed?
Printed calendars are produced through our professional print fulfillment partner, using the approved calendar specification and print-ready PDF created by the site. Your order is reviewed before it moves to fulfillment so the printed piece matches the proof you approved.
Will I see a proof before my calendar is printed?
Yes. You can review the generated PDF proof before checkout is completed. Printing requires you to confirm that you reviewed the proof and acknowledge that the personalized calendar is a final-sale product once the order enters fulfillment.
What photo files can I upload?
You can upload JPEG, PNG, or WebP images up to 25 MB each. Use the highest-quality originals you have, and check the preview carefully because cropping and placement affect how each image appears on the printed page.
How long will delivery take?
After proof approval, your order goes through manual fulfillment review and then enters production. Production and shipping times depend on the print partner and destination. Tracking information will be added to your order when it becomes available.
Can I change my calendar after I place an order?
The order stores an immutable snapshot of the approved project and PDF. You can continue working on a separate version of your calendar, but changes made after checkout cannot change the calendar already approved for printing.
Can I make a calendar longer than 12 months?
Yes. You can create a calendar with up to 16 months. Months 1–12 use the standard detailed layout, while months 13–16 are included in a compact format so the calendar remains compatible with its fixed print specification. If you need help choosing the right range, contact us.
